用途：

該生產(chǎn)線配以下料機(jī)，前清洗機(jī)，滲碳（淬火）爐，后清洗機(jī)，回火爐等。組成熱處理生產(chǎn)線，可完成如下產(chǎn)品的熱處理工藝。

1. 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件行業(yè)自攻螺絲，鉆尾螺絲，墻用螺絲，木螺絲等滲碳熱處理。高拉力螺絲，內(nèi)六角螺絲，5-8.2級(jí)螺絲，螺帽等調(diào)質(zhì)熱處理。

2. 活動(dòng)板手，開(kāi)口板手，梅花板手，六角板手，螺絲批，套筒，鉗，千斤頂?shù)仁止ぞ吡慵恼{(diào)質(zhì)熱處理。

3. 汽車(chē)螺絲，轉(zhuǎn)軸，軸心，連焊，汽車(chē)鎖扣環(huán)，活塞肖，汽車(chē)螺絲，上下塞，大小碗，傳動(dòng)軸，自行車(chē)五通組、前叉組、天心組、快閥組等汽車(chē)、摩托車(chē)、自行車(chē)零件的滲碳熱處理。

4. 文具夾、刀片、銼刀、四角釘、打火機(jī)石、鞋鐵芯、發(fā)夾、筆夾等零件的調(diào)質(zhì)熱處理。

5. 鋼釘、指甲刀、魚(yú)鉤、鏈條、鎖頭溝等五金零件滲碳調(diào)質(zhì)熱處理。

6. 輕紡機(jī)械零件，軸承零件的滲碳調(diào)質(zhì)熱處理。

Application:

The production line is quipped with the following feeder,before cleaning machines,carburizing furnace(quenching），after the washing machine,temperng furnace,ect.To form a heat trearment production line,to be completed by the following heat treatment process.

1.Carburizing heat treatment of self tapping screws,drilling screw,drywall screw,wood screw ect.from standard parts industry.The tempering heat treatment of high tensile screw,hex socket screws,5-8.2 screw,nut,ect.

2.Tempering heating treatment of hand tool parts,such as adjustable wrench,open wrench,plum wrench,hexagon wrench,screwdriver,sleeve,pliers and jack.

3.Cementation heat treatment of Automobile,motorcycle,bicycle spare parts,such as auto screw,spindle,axis,welding,Auto lock ring,piston pin,Auto screw,plug,bowl,transmission shaft,Bicycle five groups,the front fork group,centre group,fast valve group.

4.Tempering heat treatment of stationery clip,blade,nail file,corners,lighters,shoes,stone iron core,haipins,pen holder,ect.

5.Hardening and tempering heat treatment of hardware parts,such as steel nails,nail clippers,hooks,chains and locks groove.

6.Hardening and tempering heat treatment of Textile machinery parts and bearing parts.
