RWQ系列連續(xù)式網(wǎng)帶傳送保護(hù)（可控）氣氛熱處理生產(chǎn)線

RWQ series continuous mesh belt transmission protection(controlled) atmosphere heat treatment production line.

用途：該生產(chǎn)線為連續(xù)式作業(yè)爐，可完成自動(dòng)送料，前清洗，滲碳（淬火），后清洗，回火等工序。適用于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件行業(yè)（板手、螺絲批、鉗、套筒、千斤頂?shù)龋?；汽車、摩托車、自行車行業(yè)；五金零件行業(yè)（夾、刀、釘、鞋鐵芯、指甲鉗、鏈條、鎖頭鉤等）；輕紡機(jī)械行業(yè)的薄層滲碳，碳氮共滲，調(diào)質(zhì)等連續(xù)熱處理。

Application:

It is a continuous furnace,which can complete the process of automatic feed,front clesning,carburizing(quenching),post cleaning and tempering,being appropriate for the standard parts industry(wrench,screwdriver,pliers,sleeve,lifting jack ect.);Automobile,motorcycle and bicycle industry;Hardware industry(clips,knife,nail,shoe core,nail clipper,chain,locks hook etc.),and the continuous heat treatment on sheet carburizing,carbonitriding,hardening and tempering of textile machinery industry.

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：

1.輸送網(wǎng)帶由耐熱合金絲制造，在步進(jìn)式傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)作用下，由爐底板承托導(dǎo)向運(yùn)動(dòng)，保證網(wǎng)帶在高溫下處于松弛狀態(tài)，提高網(wǎng)帶的壽命及運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)性。

2.馬弗罐為耐熱鋼沖壓成型后焊接而成的密封罐體，灌口設(shè)有氣簾管，罐后有落料口和網(wǎng)帶回通口。網(wǎng)帶回通道設(shè)有水冷卻段和水封道，保證爐子密封性好，耗氣量小。

3.網(wǎng)帶速度可通過(guò)變頻器無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)。

4.落料通道有油簾機(jī)構(gòu)、抽煙機(jī)構(gòu)、油攪拌機(jī)構(gòu)及換熱裝置，能確保熱處理工藝的實(shí)現(xiàn)。

Structural features:

1. Conveyor mesh belt made from heat resistant alloy wire, under the effect of step type transmission mechanism, the furnace bottom retainer orientation movement, guarantee the mesh belt is in a state of relaxation at high temperature, improve the life of the net belt and running smoothness.

2. The pot is a sealed tank welded after the forming of heat resistant steel, with the air curtain tube in the irrigation port, and the back of the tank and the net back to the mouth.

The water cooling section and water seal are provided to ensure that the furnace is well sealed and has little gas consumption.

3. The network speed can be adjusted by frequency converter.

4. The feeding channel has oil curtain mechanism, smoking mechanism, oil stirring mechanism and heat transfer device to ensure the realization of heat treatment process.
